Customer/Technical support specialist L1/EN Offline

We are looking for a L1 customer/technical support specialist to join our team and to handle customer support requests.

Full-time remote basis Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 EEST.

Required skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in written English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;

Excellent communication skills;

Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, process optimization skills;

Understanding the software development process;

Basic knowledge of web technologies;

Conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to partners and customers;

Populate and maintain the platform knowledge base;

Refine and create instructions outlining the platform workflows.
