This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic business unit that has projects in AdTech, automotive, IoT, and electronics.
As a Business Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for data reporting, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, proofreading documentation, and managing tracking systems. You will also take part in quality performance analysis, process coordination, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Accuracy in handling data and documentation
- Ability to follow up and ensure task completion
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and participate in meetings, and document clear and concise meeting minutes
- Proofread and review internal documentation in English to ensure clarity and correctness
- Monitor and manage updates in the company tracking systems to support operational workflows
