Right now, we're on the lookout for a Team Lead Media Buyer to join our remote or from the office in Warsaw.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and managing a team of media buyers (3+), setting goals and driving performance
• Helping shape our internal infrastructure — your voice matters
• Sourcing, testing, and scaling new traffic channels and partnerships
• Analyzing and forecasting traffic quality
• Mentoring, growing, and supporting your team
   

Who we’re looking for:

• Solid iGaming experience
• Previous experience leading a team of 3+ media buyers
• Hands-on with big budgets ($100k+)
• Background in product traffic, internal buying teams, or affiliate programs
• Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail
