Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a B2B product that uses AI to personalize user experiences on entertainment platforms. This is a strategic role in a fast-growing, tech-driven product company focused on data, AI, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Build and manage the product roadmap with a focus on personalization, data intelligence, and user behavior.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Lead agile product development cycles, track KPIs, and drive decision-making based on data insights.
• Research market trends, gather and analyze user feedback, and benchmark competitors.
• Represent the product in internal and external presentations, communicate vision and performance.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the iGaming or related digital entertainment space.
• Strong English (both spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of monetization metrics: LTV, Retention, ARPPU, ROMI.
• Experience in building retention strategies and running product experiments (A/B testing).
• Previous work in B2B environments is a must.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with UX principles and user flows.
• Experience with B2B marketing or sales-enablement tools.
• Structured mindset with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration.
