Community Manager / Education Manager / Content Manager
Dynamica Labs is a London-based company with 20 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Beyond implementing CRM solutions, we create educational content through our YouTube channel, Sarov Plus, and we run charitable educational project Business Applications professional which has been helping people, including those affected by war, transition into IT for over 2.5 years.
We are currently looking for a Community & Education Project Manager to enhance participant engagement, build an active community, and grow our YouTube channel to reach a wider audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract and onboard individuals interested in learning and ensure their smooth integration into the educational process.
- Build and maintain an engaged community, fostering interaction and high levels of activity.
- Organize and moderate discussions, interactive sessions, and events.
- Develop an alumni community and encourage their continued involvement in the program.
- Plan and conduct webinars, events, quizzes, and other engagement activities.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve the learning experience.
- Motivate and support participants throughout their learning journey.
- Create content tailored to career growth and transitioning into IT.
- Develop and utilize the YouTube channel as a platform to attract new participants and potential candidates.
- Work on increasing reach, views, and subscriber numbers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 year of experience in community management or social project development.
- Experience in educational content creation, event organization, and feedback collection & analysis.
- Facilitation skills: ability to moderate discussions, maintain participant engagement, and foster a trusting environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large groups of people.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks independently.
- Understanding of social media dynamics and content strategy.
- Skills in scriptwriting, video planning, and audience engagement.
- Creativity and initiative in implementing new formats and approaches.
- Intermediate English or higher.
- Experience in charitable or social initiatives is a plus.
