Customer Care Specialist

We’re building a powerful product that transforms the way server-side tracking works, making it simple and accessible for marketers and website owners. Our team includes 70+ smart and friendly professionals who love solving meaningful problems and creating top-tier tools.

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our Care team and help us stay on top of client communication, access management, and internal process organization. This role is office-based in Kyiv.

 

🐶 What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a high volume of emails daily — from basic client questions to complex multi-page inquiries.
  • Managing client access requests: checking which accesses are issued, ensuring completeness, and following up with clients when needed.
  • Keeping communication on track: pinging clients who’ve gone silent, following up on unpaid invoices, and writing to accountants to issue new ones.
  • Organizing and maintaining client records and tasks in Jira.
  • Tracking progress across multiple clients and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Optionally joining client calls (in English) to clarify access details or edge cases.

 

🤓 What we’re looking for:

  • Strong written English is a must (Upper-intermediate at least); spoken English is a big plus.
  • Experience in operations, customer support, client services, or similar.
  • Great email communication skills — clear, structured, and professional.
  • Ability to keep things organized and follow through on multiple parallel tasks.
  • Experience with ads or previous operations roles is a bonus!
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar task tracking tools is a plus.
  • You’re proactive, self-managed, and detail-focused.
