Job Overview

Nova Global is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Requirements

✔ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within international companies (preferably in the international logistics sector).
✔ Excellent negotiation and business relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and result-oriented approach.
✔ Fluent  English (both written and spoken).
✔ Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
✔ Willingness to travel for business trips.

Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nova Global's client base.
🔹 Work in the CRM system to create new accounts, update sales funnel status, and manage communications with new and existing clients.
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
🔹 Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
🔹 Collaborate with the global sales team to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
🔹 Actively engage with potential clients and partners.
🔹 Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
🔹 Provide weekly/monthly reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
