Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving user engagement through outbound calls, promoting bonus offers, and increasing deposit activity on the platform. You will handle user objections, build loyalty, and work closely with analytics to optimize performance and meet targets in a dynamic, English-speaking environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamic outbound call work in English targeting the English-speaking markets.
  • Handling user objections effectively.
  • Motivating users to utilize existing bonus offers.
  • Increasing deposit activity, retention, and user loyalty through proactive outreach.
  • Developing and applying effective call dialogue templates.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to successfully complete up to 100 contacts per shift.
  • 5-day work week with a shifted schedule (weekends on Sunday and Monday, workdays Tuesday through Saturday).
  • Flexibility with GMT-4 time zones โ€“ meaning the ability to take breaks during non-productive hours and make up time during peak hours.
  • Ability to work with basic analytics.
  • English level C1โ€“C2 with excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset within a clear and attractive bonus system.
