About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive our cutting-edge projects forward. This role is crucial in ensuring our teams stay aligned, deadlines are met, and our vision is realized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget & Financial Management
- Meetings & Reporting Management
- Product & CRM Management
- Cross-Team Operations & Support
- Roadmap & Backlog Prioritization
- Onboarding & Process Documentation
- Ad-Hoc Issue Resolution & Crisis Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver projects successfully
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of the project
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals
- Identify opportunities to improve the product, and competitors' analysis
Must-Have Skills:
- At least 3+ years in Project Management
- Experience running multiple projects and arranging resources accordingly
- iGaming experience - must-have
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Solid understanding of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with software development and tracking systems like ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills

What you need to join us:- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service in the iGaming/Betting industry.
- Proficiency in English - must have.
- Strong written and verbal communication, understanding of customer needs, and adaptability to learning new tools and processes.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software or platforms.
- Quick thinking and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Experienced with customer support tools: like Zendesk, Freshdesk or others.
