Sales Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing leads, client communication, and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, timely client follow-ups, accurate documentation, and an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closing and post-sale.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Management & CRM Support

• Maintain and update client records in the CRM.

• Track client status and sales progress, and ensure accurate pipeline management.

• Assign leads to the appropriate sales executive and support follow-up scheduling.

 

2. Client Communication

• Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp, etc. professionally and promptly.

• Share brochures, proposals, and follow-up messages on behalf of the sales team.

• Assist in coordinating calls and meetings between clients and executives.

 

3. Sales Administration

• Prepare sales documentation, flight proposals, quotations, and charter confirmations.

• Coordinate with aircraft operators or service providers to gather and confirm trip details, coordinate flights.

 

4. Invoicing & Payment Support

• Assist in preparing and issuing client invoices.

• Coordinate with the finance team to track incoming payments.

• Follow up with clients on pending payments and ensure timely collection.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and payment confirmations.

 

5. Post-Sales Support & Client Retention

• Ensure clients receive all necessary documentation post-sale.

• Support follow-up communication to gather feedback and maintain client satisfaction.

• Track VIP and repeat client preferences and history.

 

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Experience using CRM systems.

•Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM system, and cloud-based invoicing platforms.

• Strong numerical and calculation skills; ability to work with figures, pricing, and cost breakdowns accurately.

• Previous experience in aviation, travel, or luxury services is a plus

• Comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.
