Technical Product Manager (RnD Team)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the R&D team you’ll be working with, cross-functional product teams, and C-level executives to ensure alignment on product goals, business goals, priorities, and results.
  • Analyze business and team needs to identify opportunities for new products and integrations. Continuously provide improvements to existing products.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels by providing regular updates on product progress, challenges and key milestones. 
  • Drive the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring products meet both business and technical requirements.
  • Track & report on product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving changes.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager. 
  • A strong technical background in Software Engineering (previous experience as a Software Engineer) is a must.
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics, with the ability to build strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
