β Responsibilities:
βοΈ Managing a Growing and Dynamic Team:
- Lead and manage the Product Management B2B Support Team, ensuring successful implementation of all support activities and continuous platform rollouts.
- Motivate and lead the team by example, ensuring everyone is well-supported and performing at their best.
- Complete all line management and HR-related tasks on time.
- Recruit proactively and anticipate any potential resource challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management, Design, Compliance, and Development teams to ensure products meet all requirements.
- Drive product development processes from a support and brand improvement perspective.
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the team has the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Prioritize workloads and set clear objectives for the team based on business and regulatory needs.
βοΈ Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building:
- Ensure the Account Management teamβs requirements are met by maintaining a strong relationship and timely delivery of their needs.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with other Product, Design, Development, and Delivery teams.
- Support all delivery teams and mediate where needed to achieve better outcomes.
- Understand platform team deliveries and ensure timely requests for platform features when required.
βοΈ Support Brands Weekly Checks:
- Conduct daily and weekly checks (directly or through the team) to ensure all brands maintain evolving UX/UI standards.
- Ensure backlogs are managed properly so that supported brands continuously improve in terms of quality.
- Oversee any incidents related to supported brands and ensure they are managed correctly, informing all relevant parties.
- Help build better processes by ensuring the team regularly checks the brands.
- Build a strong knowledge base of each brand, including unique selling points and partner relationships.
βοΈ Reporting Excellence:
- Ensure the weekly report is delivered on time and is accurate, with a deep understanding of each feature released to the brands.
- Gather and consolidate information from the team and other departments to ensure timely report delivery.
β Requirements:
βοΈ Experience:
- 5+ years in Product Management, within the iGaming industry.
- 3+ years of experience leading a product team or working in a regulatory-focused role.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong background in managing multiple brands and leading teams is highly desirable.
βοΈ Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of online casino products.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC, Responsible Gaming, AML, reporting, and technical compliance.
- Solid grasp of Product Management best practices.
βοΈ Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and team development.
- Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.

- Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must.
- Russian language skills are a plus.
