SMM Team Lead

In this leadership role, you'll oversee our social media strategy, lead a team, and drive growth across all platforms. Required Skills:

• 5+ years in SMM and digital marketing
• Proven experience leading teams in SMM/marketing agencies
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Expertise in cross-platform content strategy development
• Ability to manage and optimize social media processes
• Deep understanding of targeting, analytics, and metrics
• English proficiency (B2+ level or higher)
   

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Build and manage a team of Content Managers and Designers
• Develop content plans and execute across all platforms
• Manage CEO’s professional social profiles with strategic content
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement
