Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry
- 1+ year of direct experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to clients and prospects
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals with clients, including pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Proven track record of successfully closed deals
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and developments
- Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Conduct needs assessments and discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition tailored to the client's specific needs
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms of engagement
- Lead negotiations with clients
- Keep abreast of developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
