Team: Head of sales, Sales manager, Account manager, 3x Sales representatives

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry 
  • 1+ year of direct experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals with clients, including pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Proven track record of successfully closed deals 
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and developments
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
     

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct needs assessments and discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition tailored to the client's specific needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms of engagement
  • Lead negotiations with clients
  • Keep abreast of developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
