IT Sales manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent logical thinking, strong business intelligence, maturity, and the ability to handle complex and challenging communication effectively. You should be able to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts simply, maintain structured conversations, and proactively address clients' underlying concerns and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct client meetings, demonstrating deep understanding of their business objectives and clearly communicating our value proposition.
  • Proactively identify and address hidden client concerns, ensuring clear, confident, and comprehensive communication.
  • Maintain structured, focused conversations and confidently manage discussions, including returning to key topics to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution maturely and confidently, ensuring positive client interactions and outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions in a simple, accessible way, effectively involving technical experts when necessary.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, lead generation, and marketing teams, providing valuable feedback to optimize sales processes.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies informed by thorough market analysis and client-specific needs.

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (SDR, BDR, Presale manager, etc.) in IT outsourcing.
  • Proven ability to lead structured, goal-oriented client conversations.
  • High-level business intelligence, with the ability to quickly identify and articulate clients’ business needs.
  • Strong skills in proactive communication, identifying and addressing hidden questions and concerns from clients.
  • Maturity, stress resistance, and the ability to confidently handle conflict and unexpected situations.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the creation of persuasive pre-sales materials.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the Web Scraping, data parsing, or data engineering fields.
  • Familiarity with pre-sales processes and experience in creating technical presentations.
  • Experience in companies with over 500 employees.
  • Proven experience independently closing deals with enterprise-level clients.
  • Readiness and ability to participate in international business trips.
