Alignment Coordinator/Chief of Staff

This role is critical to ensuring that teams stay connected, aligned, and focused on executing strategic priorities across the organization.
As Alignment Coordinator, you’ll support key initiatives, help drive cross-functional collaboration and provide operational and analytical support to leadership. You’ll play a central role in designing and maintaining organizational KPIs, OKRs, and reporting systems that keep progress visible and measurable across departments.

Key Responsibilities
 

✅ Strategic Alignment & Coordination

 Support the Director of CEO Programs in driving organizational alignment across departments

Track progress on strategic initiatives, OKRs, and cross-functional projects

Maintain clarity on roles, responsibilities, and timelines for key deliverables

✅ KPI, OKR & Reporting Systems

Assist in the development and refinement of company-wide KPIs, team OKRs, and aligned metrics

Build and maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor progress toward strategic goals

Support leadership with timely, data-informed insights and reporting

✅ Communication & Information Flow

Act as a point of contact for interdepartmental coordination

Create and maintain shared documents, trackers, and dashboards

Support internal communications with meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups

✅ Meeting & Project Support

Prepare materials and agendas for leadership and team meetings

Coordinate recurring check-ins and ensure action items are captured and followed through

Help run retrospectives or feedback sessions on key initiatives

✅ Operational & Data Support

Assist in compiling reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Support project documentation and process mapping

Help identify inefficiencies or misalignments across workflows
 

What You Bring
 

Experience in project coordination, business operations, internal communications, or similar roles

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Comfortable working with collaborative tools

A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams

Strong interest in operations, and organizational development

Experience supporting executive teams or cross-functional programs

Familiarity with OKR tracking or strategic planning processes

Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools
