IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (2+ years preferred);
  • Сommunication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience using professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards;
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability and creativity in finding new sourcing solutions;
  • Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate or higher);
  • Experience hiring for technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.);
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies;
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract the best talent;
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability;
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics;
  • Provide insights and advice on hiring strategies;
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback sessions between candidates and interviewers.
