Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruitment experience. This individual will drive our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting AND headhunting AND very importantly poaching the best possible sales, tech, AI, marketing and even executive roles.. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that we attract and retain best-in-class talent aligned with our high-performing culture and business objectives.
 

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in headhunting top Sales talent worldwide.
- Proven success in recruiting for multiple functions (Sales, Support, R&D, Marketing, etc.) and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- A team player
- Prior experience in AI implementation into recruitment processes and willingness to discover new AI tools to implement within our company in order to increase department efficiency
- Fluent English (at least C1 preferred) to conduct screening interviews and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms, with the ability to track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, embracing constructive feedback and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including executive-level and specialized positions.
- Ensure hires align with iSpeedToLead’s strategic goals and cultural values.

AI implementation
- use top-notch AI practices for implementation into recruitment processes

Proactive Workforce Planning
- Partner with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and develop efficient recruitment strategies.
- Offer insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Headhunting & Sourcing
- Identify, engage, and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, placing a strong emphasis on top Sales talent worldwide
-Utilize various channels (direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, networking) to find the best talent for Sales, Support, R&D, Marketing, etc.

Interviewing & Selection
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Provide structured feedback to stakeholders and make informed hiring recommendations.

Data Tracking & Analysis
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to track recruitment metrics.
- Continuously refine processes based on data-driven insights to improve candidate quality and efficiency.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business strategy.
- Advocate for best recruitment practices, driving process improvements, and influencing stakeholders.

Experience of working in SaaS/product companies with a headcount of 100+ employees
