🌟 About the role:

 

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, independent and confident Tik-Tok Content Manager.  We are seeking a professional who already has ideas and is ready to put them into reality. 

 

📌 Working Conditions:

 

💥Full-time position.

💥Remote work.

💥Competitive Salary

💥Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience 

💥Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 7 PM (Kyiv time with 1 hour break).

 

 

🔍 Requirements:

 

🌟Proven experience in managing and growing existing and new Tik-Tok accounts, especially for US-based audiences.

🌟Awareness of working with US audience.

🌟Deep understanding of entire Tik-Tok's system, likeTik-Tok Ads, Tik-Tok Shop, Tik-Tok Affiliate Program.  

🌟Experience in developing a brand promotion strategy on Tik-Tok.

🌟Prior experience working with influencers, from outreach to partnership execution.

🌟Strong storytelling and video editing skills, with proficiency in Tik-Tok’s in-app tools and third-party editing software.

🌟Analytical mindset with experience using Tik-Tok analytics and other tracking tools.

🌟Fluent spoken and written English for communication with influencers, correspondence and content creation.

🌟Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

🌟Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.

🌟At least 1 year of relevant experience with proven cases, preferably in the Western market.

🌟Familiarity with AI tools for generating videos, text, and visuals to enhance content production.

🌟Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing will be a plus.

 

🎯Responsibilities: 

 

⭐️Develop and execute a comprehensive brand promotion strategy on Tik-Tok, that integrates seamlessly with overall social media and brand marketing efforts, tailored for a US audience.

⭐️Create, curate, and manage high-quality Tik-Tok content, also using AI tools, that align with brand objectives.

⭐️Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach.

⭐️Monitor Tik-Tok trends, challenges, and algorithm updates to optimize content performance.

⭐️Engage with the Tik-Tok community, responding to comments, duets, and trends to increase interaction.

⭐️Analyze content performance using Tik-Tok analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

⭐️Coordinate with marketing, graphic design, and other teams to align Tik-Tok efforts with broader brand campaigns.

⭐️Run Tik-Tok ad campaigns, boosting relevant content to reach the right audience.

⭐️Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
