Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and possess strong communication skills in English, and Malay (B2 or higher). This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and other communication channels.
Assist players with account-related issues, payments, and bonus mechanics.
Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming sector.
Fluent in English, and Malay (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and stress resistance.
Basic understanding of payment systems and casino bonus mechanics.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Mandarin and Malay.
Previous experience in an online casino environment.
Skills in conflict resolution, customer retention, and sales techniques.
