We’re looking for a highly skilled SMM Manager who knows how to grow Web3 communities and drive social media engagement across traditional and crypto platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating content that resonates with both B2B audiences and crypto-native communities, amplifying our reach, and collaborating closely with influencers and community managers.

💡 What You’ll Do:

🗓 Content Creation & Management

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Telegram, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Craft B2B and crypto narratives that align with Stobox’s mission and resonate with our audience
• Write short, engaging copy in English, adapted for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate with designers or independently create visuals using Canva/Figma
• Manage Stories, AMA sessions, columns, and video updates to engage our community

📈 Community Growth & Platform Expansion

• Drive subscriber growth and increase reach across all social media platforms
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our audience organically and through strategic initiatives
• Lead the growth and management of our YouTube channel, ensuring regular high-quality content aligned with Stobox’s vision
• Monitor engagement, CTR, and conversion rates, iterating on strategies to maximize results

🔥 Trendspotting & Influencer Collaborations

• Track Web3, blockchain, and crypto trends to identify opportunities for viral content and thought leadership
• Engage with relevant influencers and ambassadors to increase brand visibility
• Build relationships and coordinate with the Stobox Community Manager to foster stronger community ties
• Monitor and interact with key partners such as Plume, Chainlink, RWAio, Defactor, Landshare, and others to explore collaborations and cross-promotions

🎥 YouTube Channel Management

• Develop a content plan and oversee video production to grow and nurture our YouTube channel
• Identify opportunities to convert video content into engaging micro-content for X/Twitter and Instagram
• Engage with the YouTube community through comments and discussions to boost retention and interaction

📊 Analytics & Continuous Optimization

• Use Metricool, X/Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Telegram Insights to track content performance
• Analyze audience engagement, growth, and sentiment to refine content strategy
• Experiment with different content formats and analyze the effectiveness of various approaches
• Test and scale winning strategies to increase overall reach and audience engagement

🎯 What You Bring:

✅ 1+ year of experience managing social media for traditional or crypto businesses
✅ Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto, and RWA tokenization
✅ Strong copywriting skills — concise, engaging, and crypto-native
✅ Hands-on experience growing audiences across X/Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram
✅ Ability to create and manage partnerships with influencers and community leaders
✅ Confident with Canva and/or Figma to create visual assets
✅ English proficiency to craft compelling, professional, and engaging content
