SEO and Paid Media Manager
Role Summary
You are a Google expert! You own the organic and paid search channels for our clients.
You’ll optimize websites for search engines and run performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads (including Shopping, Performance Max etc.). You have intimate knowledge of GA4 and know how to set tags in Tag Manager, set goals in GA4 and know how to drive profitable outcomes for client.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and technical audits, oversee link-building strategies.
Paid Search Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max etc.) for maximum ROI.
Continuous Optimization: Test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies; collaborate with the Data Specialist for advanced insights.
Reporting: Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and revenue metrics; provide actionable
recommendations to the Perfromance Lead.
Collaboration: Partner with the Front-End Developer for any SEO-related site changes and with the Design Lead for high-impact creatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years managing SEO and PPC campaigns; e-commerce background advantageous.
Analytical Tools: Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AdWords interfaces.
Technical SEO: Understanding of site structure, page speed optimization, and mobile-first best practices.
Copywriting: Capable of writing compelling ad copy or SEO-optimized content in english.
