Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate social media and community operations specialist/manager to be responsible for the company's daily operations and user interactions on global social media platforms and communities. This position will help enhance the company's brand influence, build positive user relationships, and promote the development of cryptocurrency business through creative marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Operations

a- Responsible for the daily content planning, publishing and maintenance of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

b- Write content related to industry trends to increase brand awareness and attention.

c- Analyze the operating data of each platform, optimize content strategies, and improve user interaction and engagement.

2. Community Management

a- Manage communities such as Telegram, Discord, and Reddit, maintain community order, and promote healthy interaction.

b- Plan and implement community activities such as AMA, airdrops, and guessing to increase user stickiness.

c- Handle user feedback and questions in a timely manner, establish and maintain good user relationships, and maintain brand reputation.

3. Marketing Support

a- Cooperate with marketing promotion activities, plan and implement online and offline promotional activities.

b- Produce creative content (copywriting, pictures, short videos) to support brand marketing and product promotion

4. Content creation and management

a- Pay attention to the latest developments and social media trends in the Crypto/Web3 field, and plan innovative activities and content based on industry characteristics.

b- Collaborate with designers to create visually attractive social media and community content.

5. Data analysis and reporting

a- Provide regular operation analysis reports to interpret user behavior and market trends behind the data.

b- Continuously optimize operation strategies through A/B testing and user research.

6. Partnership

a- Maintain close contact with KOLs, media and partners to jointly plan promotional activities.

b- Explore and expand social media and community cooperation resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Have more than 2 years of experience in social media or community operations, and those with experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3 and other related industries are preferred.

2. Familiar with the operating rules and user habits of platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.

3. Have a certain understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT and other fields, and be able to keenly capture industry dynamics and trends.

4. Have excellent English writing and communication skills, and be able to write creative and attractive content.

5. Have good data analysis skills, and be able to independently complete operation reports and strategy optimization.

6. Innovative thinking, good at planning and executing online activities to increase user engagement.

7. Have good stress resistance and time management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Bonus points:

1. Experience in successfully operating a community with millions of fans or a highly interactive social media account.

2. Familiar with social media management and design tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.

3. Experience in video editing or live broadcast operation, able to produce short videos or participate in AMA activities.

4. Have KOL resources or media relations, and be able to promote brand cooperation and exposure.

5. Love to explore emerging social platforms (such as Threads, Bluesky, etc.) and adapt quickly.
