Senior Growth Manager to $3500

We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help us boost our monthly revenue and grow our user base. You'll be in charge of finding and executing the best strategies for getting more customers and keeping them engaged. Responsibilities: 

• Identify the best growth opportunity throughout the user journey and execute it
• Be responsible for MoM revenue growth
• Implement a growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Create and prioritize experimentation roadmap based on research, data analytics, and growth opportunities.
• Measure and report on both strategic and tactical metrics - LTV, CAC, Payback period, Retention, MRR, and GMV.
• Execute A/B testing aimed at improving the product, campaigns, and increasing MoM growth.
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience as a Growth Manager or close related position, with a demonstrated ability to effectively grow a user base.
• Background in Paid Ads user acquisition is a must
• MySQL, GA 4, Amplitude, Google Ads, Tableau
• Experience working with consumer products, e-commerce, or marketplaces
• Proven track record of building scalable and predictable growth loops
• Self-starting mindset - you’re able to identify the best growth opportunity and execute on it
• You can combine quantitative and qualitative data to back your experimental backlog.
• Experience with life-cycle campaigns (with a focus on emails and web push notifications)
• Solid understanding of unit economics and monetization
• Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in product management 
• Experience with acquisitions channel (SEO, Social Media)
