As Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for shaping our company culture, developing and executing innovative HR strategies, and ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals and values.

• Experience in developing performance management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and values.
• Build effective HR processes and workflows, ensuring automation where possible to enhance efficiency.
• Develop a performance management approach and process.
• Audit existing KPIs, assess their effectiveness, and implement effective motivational schemes.
• Work regularly with managers to enhance their leadership skills and foster a culture of continuous feedback.
• Lead internal and external employer branding campaigns.
• Manage and develop the HR and recruitment team, establishing best practices for team performance and growth.
