HR Lead

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HR, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and L&D.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Proven ability to align HR with business objectives.
  • Experience mentoring HR People Partners and leading initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and process automation.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the organization, ensuring seamless execution of all HR functions.
  • Develop and implement innovative initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and enhance corporate culture.
  • Design, implement, and update company policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
  • Offer strategic guidance to managers on effective people management practices and HR-related matters.
  • Drive automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with international employees to address specific needs and ensure smooth organizational integration.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed HR reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate internal events, including team-building activities, workshops, and initiatives to improve team cohesion and engagement.
  • Oversee onboarding, terminations, and workplace climate in the Cyprus office, ensuring high-quality HR processes.
  • Coordinate corporate events, resolve conflicts, and monitor employee needs to optimize the full HR service cycle.
