Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The DMM will be responsible for driving online brand awareness, traffic growth, and conversion optimization across digital channels. The role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and the ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including to attract and involve the users, increase online sales, enhance brand visibility, and boost lead generation
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, display advertising, and content marketing
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented for higher search engine rankings and content engagement
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Use insights to recommend adjustments and improvements 
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, product, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop strategies to drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and optimize conversion rates across digital channels
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles, driving engagement and ensuring brand consistency across platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Evaluate new technologies and platforms that may enhance digital marketing performance

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management and strategy execution
  •  digital marketing agency is a plus
  • proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot etc.
  • strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS)
  • strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
  • excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing or landing page design would be a plus
  • familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms would be a plus
  • collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects
  • ability to think creatively, take the initiative, and solve problems using digital marketing strategies
  • strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
