Senior ML Engineer

Our client is an AI-driven company revolutionizing biopharma research and commercialization. Our mission is to accelerate the development of lifesaving cures by enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications, integrating LangChain/LangGraph for real-world biopharma use cases
• Build and maintain knowledge graph architectures, ensuring seamless integration of biological and clinical datasets
• Implement production-grade AI/ML models, optimizing for scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
• Write clean, maintainable code, develop automated testing pipelines, and follow modern MLOps principles
• Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage AI models at scale.
• Continuously refine ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency in large-scale applications
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions in drug development

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, including designing, building, and deploying LLM applications
• Proficiency in Python, R, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands-on expertise in LangChain for question-answering, chatbots, and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and NLP techniques
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid data engineering skills, including ETL pipelines, database management, and object-oriented design
• Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience in biopharma, life sciences, or related industries
• Prior experience at Meta, Google, OpenAI, or similar companies
• Background in MLOps and deploying AI models in regulated environments
