AI Research Engineer

     Main Requirements:

• Experience: at least 5 years of experience in implementing ML or DL algorithms (including regression, classification, clustering) with a focus on practical applications. Understanding the Kalman filter and its variations (extended, unscented), FIR, IIR, experience in implementing filters.
• Visual Data Processing: demonstrated experience in applying ML & DL techniques to image and video data, including tasks such as compression, enhancement, and recognition. Knowledge of CNN, RNN & LSTM models types, especially for large-scale visual or multimodal datasets.
• Sensor Data Processing: demonstrated experience in Digital Signal Processing  algorithms (filtering, spectral analysis, Fourier transform, time series analysis, feature extraction) and their integration in machine learning models. 

• Optimization and Efficiency: experience with optimization techniques, such as model quantization, pruning, and compression, to reduce memory usage and improve computational efficiency.

   

  Technical Proficiency:

   

• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Ability to implement and optimize machine learning models in C for embedded systems or performance-critical applications.
• Strong background in mathematics (and/or physics will be a plus).

• Collaboration and Integration: proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, to integrate machine learning models into larger production systems.

   

  Educational Background: 

   

• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in technical English

    Additional requirements:

• Embedded software experience. Experience in embedded software development.
• Specialized AI experience. Experience in AI applications for healthcare and development of biomedical algorithms; experience in working with autoencoders, and generative models.
• Academic contributions. Published works in international scientific journals or made presentations at top international conferences.
• Intellectual property. Holder of granted patents.
