Influencer Manager – Tier 1 Portugal ,Poland (Gambling Industry) Offline
Our Partner, Gambling Startup,expand their presence in the Tier 1, especially Portuguese and Polish markets, seeking a talented Influence Manager to join the dynamic marketing team. This individual will play a key role in shaping and driving our influence marketing strategies within these regions.
Job Overview: The Influence Manager will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing partnerships with top-tier influence's in Portugal and Poland to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition for our gambling products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gambling landscape in these regions, a network of high-performing influences, and the ability to create impactful, creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute an influence marketing strategy tailored to the Tier 1 markets of Portugal and Poland within the gambling sector.
- Research and identify top-tier influences across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.) who align with the brand’s voice and target audience.
- Drive influence partnerships that contribute to brand growth, customer acquisition, and increased engagement in both markets.
- Influence Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influence rs, talent agencies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate influence contracts, deliverables, and compensation packages that align with the brand’s marketing goals and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between influencers and the internal marketing team.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure influencers produce content that resonates with their audiences while staying true to brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to ensure ROI.
- Market Insights & Reporting:
- Stay updated on trends, shifts, and opportunities in both the gambling and influencer marketing landscapes in Portugal and Poland.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, influencer reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Use data to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement in influencer partnerships.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure all influencer campaigns comply with gambling advertising regulations and local laws in Portugal and Poland.
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure content is appropriate and meets regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Influencer Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the gambling, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese and Polish markets, including social media trends and influencers.
- A solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies, including contract negotiations, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese/Polish is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is a significant plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and tools used for influencer management.
- Previous experience working with Tier 1 markets in the gambling sector.
