Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging visual and video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and internal teams to highlight employee stories, company events, and workplace culture.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in employer branding, social media, and short-form content.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Engage with employees to encourage content creation and participation in company-wide social media initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, people-centric content.

• Prior experience in HR marketing or employer branding is a big advantage.
