Head of Media Buying (Facebook, Tier-3 GEOs)
Our Partner looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying (Facebook) with deep expertise in the Gambling vertical, focusing on Tier-3 GEOs (Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Vietnam). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic acquisition, team management, and scaling media buying operations.
Requirements
🔸 2-3+ years of experience in Facebook media buying within the Gambling industry.
🔸 Proven case studies in Tier-3 GEOs (Southeast Asia, Thailand, Vietnam).
🔸 Strong skills in traffic quality optimization using LTV, GGR, NGR, and SumDep metrics.
🔸 Experience in hiring and managing teams, ensuring volume growth.
🔸 Ability to handle complex challenges related to both traffic and team management.
🔸 Proficiency in working with large data sets for product optimization.
🔸 Deep expertise in gambling creatives, diverse strategies, and ability to create them independently.
🔸 Strong leadership skills to recruit, build, and scale a high-performing media buying team.
🔸 Ability to develop an ecosystem for effective media buying operations.
Responsibilities
🔸 Managing Facebook traffic acquisition within the product.
🔸 Optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize product profitability.
🔸 Analyzing product metrics and identifying solutions for more efficient traffic acquisition.
🔸 Building an ecosystem for efficient media buying operations.
🔸 Recruiting and scaling a media buying team to increase traffic volumes.
