Head of Media Buying (Facebook, Tier-3 GEOs)
Our Partner looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying (Facebook) with deep expertise in the Gambling vertical, focusing on Tier-3 GEOs (Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Vietnam). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic acquisition, team management, and scaling media buying operations.
Requirements
๐ธ 2-3+ years of experience in Facebook media buying within the Gambling industry.
๐ธ Proven case studies in Tier-3 GEOs (Southeast Asia, Thailand, Vietnam).
๐ธ Strong skills in traffic quality optimization using LTV, GGR, NGR, and SumDep metrics.
๐ธ Experience in hiring and managing teams, ensuring volume growth.
๐ธ Ability to handle complex challenges related to both traffic and team management.
๐ธ Proficiency in working with large data sets for product optimization.
๐ธ Deep expertise in gambling creatives, diverse strategies, and ability to create them independently.
๐ธ Strong leadership skills to recruit, build, and scale a high-performing media buying team.
๐ธ Ability to develop an ecosystem for effective media buying operations.
Responsibilities
