FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsors teams in the Premier Leagues and regional championships. We are involved in developing betting and gaming culture. We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations, and monitor age restrictions for players.


 

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our growing Team in Zagreb office.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership of the local HR operations.
  • Direct the delivery of the management and resolution of all employee relation issues, in line with the employee legislation, company policies and best practice.
  • Provide HR advice to all Favbet businesses in Croatia.
  • Manage & shape the delivery of all Process and policy improvement across the HR function.
  • Ensure all the policies and procedures are updated and regularly communicated.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resource Team.
  • Identify the potential capabilities of the business for any improvements or additional initiatives.
  • Design and implement engaging development initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage the updating of the HR system database.
  • To support Line Managers with the Onboarding, Probation, and Performance Management procedures.
  • Management of disciplinary procedures, performance management, redundancy, long-term sickness, and any other business-related issues.
  • Work closely with our Team internationally on HR processes, operations and future project implementations.
  • Represent the HR function in all industry and employee engagement forums.
  • Contribute to the future strategic direction of the people function.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience working as a part of an HR senior team, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in Croatian employment law and legislation.
  • Previous experience in implementing and delivering various business strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Croatian and English.
