HR People Partner

We work with iGaming operators of all sizes to help them expand into new markets or strengthen their existing brands. As a casino software company, we provide solutions that help build outstanding brands and achieve business goals. And now we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Work with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives;
• Address concerns and resolve conflicts, promoting a positive workplace;
• Implement programs for training, leadership, and succession planning;
• Enhance morale and workplace culture through targeted initiatives;
• Use HR metrics to drive decisions and improvements;
• Guide employees and leaders through organizational changes;
• Utilize CRM PeopleForce to manage employee data, track HR processes, and generate insightful reports.

What we expect from you:

• 1,5-2 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations and strategic partnership;
• Strong HR knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Experience with CRM systems, and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to streamline HR functions.
