HR Manager/Recruiter

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or Recruiter in the IT industry;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment specifics and modern recruitment tools;
  • Experience conducting interviews (both HR and technical) and assessing candidates’ soft and hard skills;
  • Proficiency with HRM systems (People Force);
  • Experience using recruitment automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, GitHub);
  • Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets);
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment of IT specialists (developers, testers, DevOps, analysts, etc.): sourcing, interviewing, onboarding;
  • Tracking employee vacations/sick leaves through ATS;
  • Collecting and leading candidates pipelines;
  • Providing consultations to employees on opening, managing, and closing Private Entrepreneur status;
  • Coordinating the process of signing collaboration agreements (contracts);
  • Preparing and controlling documentation related to PE operations;
  • Collecting and analyzing data on employee turnover, job satisfaction, and HR process effectiveness;
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics for management;
  • Monitoring labor market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers;
  • Developing and implementing HR policies considering the specifics of working through PE;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal rules and standards;
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
