Performance Marketing Lead
What We’re Looking For
As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our paid search initiatives, driving strategic execution and team leadership. You will manage a team of three specialists, optimizing processes and ensuring our campaigns achieve superior results. Your expertise in performance marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making will be key to meeting business objectives and enhancing efficiency.
💡 Experience with Amazon Ads is a plus but NOT required! We will provide training from scratch for those with strong paid search experience on other platforms.
Advertising Platforms We Use
- 90% Amazon Ads
- 10% Other marketplaces and platforms (Google Ads, Walmart Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of performance marketing specialists, providing mentorship and support to help them develop their technical and professional skills
- Oversee and optimize advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and others to ensure maximum performance and alignment with key business KPIs
- Develop and execute paid search strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continual optimization of campaigns
- Work autonomously to deliver key performance goals, ensuring seamless execution of paid search initiatives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, growth, and content marketing teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates
- Align paid search campaigns with business KPIs, ensuring holistic performance tracking with a focus on Margin, TACOS, Sales, and ROAS
- Drive innovation by proposing new test ideas, exploring emerging technologies, and identifying potential new partners or advertising solutions
- Optimize internal processes within the marketing department to enhance efficiency and overall effectiveness
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, or Amazon Ads)
- No prior Amazon Ads experience required – we will train you from scratch
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- Experience in presenting advertising campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders or external clients
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, able to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights
- Proven ability to scale advertising campaigns while maintaining efficiency and performance
- Ability to define technical requirements for analysts to automate reporting processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and drive team success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English proficiency
