Middle Technical Delivery Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Technical Delivery Manager with deep understanding of management principles, bright organization, analytical abilities, technical background and successful 3+ years of experience in the IT field. 

 

You are expected: 

  • Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management; 
  • Ability to put into practice modern approaches on project management and quality control; 
  • Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle. 
  • Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project 
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture. 
  • Ability to decompose the strategy in a set of the operated actions and provide their performance; 
  • Ability to understand customer’s requirements and transform them into the structured documents; 
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacle; 
  • Ability to speak the same language with all stakeholders, especially from business side; 
  • Ability to work with constant change requests; 
  • The perfected skills of interaction coordination between the customer and internal divisions, ability to communicate and speak the same language with the Project Team; 
  • Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department; 
  • Ability to motivate the Project Team and find an individual approach to each performer; 
  • Be psychologically balanced and resistant to the fast-changing environment; 
  • Excellent Team and Communication Skills; 
  • Advanced level of English; 
  • Agile and Scrum practices, and American outsource working experience are welcomed. 

 

Will be a plus: 

  • Experience of work with enterprise level companies. 
  • Developer/Architect experience. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for successful project delivery; 
  • Set-up and tailor delivery process; 
  • Help to define project scope, goals and deliverables; 
  • Planning project resources; 
  • Assembling and leading project team up to 10 members; 
  • Motivate team members and create comfort and friendly atmosphere; 
  • Create schedule and project timeline; 
  • Project estimation, time and scope management; 
  • Risk management; 
  • Implement and manage change when necessary; 
  • Ensure constant process improvement; 
  • Track deliverables; 
  • Monitor and report on project status; 
  • Resolve project issues; 
  • Ensure project and product quality as well as customer satisfaction. 
  • Interact with Lead Delivery Manager.
