Description:
 

Delivery Manager is responsible for efficiently executing the product strategy by managing development processes and ensuring timely delivery of features. You’ll act as the bridge between the product vision and its technical implementation, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders.


 

Requirements:
 

  • 5+ years of experience in managing software development processes;
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices;
  • Experience working with product teams;
  • Strong backlog management and prioritization skills;
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SaaS products;
  • Understanding of ML/CV development specifics;
  • Relevant certifications;
  • Experience implementing CI/CD practices;
  • Experience working in product-based companies.



 

Responsibilities:
 

Development Process Management

  • Coordinating development processes between teams;
  • Organizing and conducting sprint planning and sprint reviews;
  • Defining sprint goals and aligning release timelines;
  • Implementing and optimizing development processes;
  • Managing the release and hotfix process.

Product Backlog Management

  • Creating and prioritizing the backlog according to business goals;
  • Writing and detailing user stories;
  • Ensuring the quality of requirements and their alignment with the product strategy;
  • Participating in UAT and validating the implementation against the requirements.

People Management

  • Managing team leads across development teams and coordinating their work;
  • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings, supporting professional growth, and developing leadership skills;
  • Evaluating team performance and implementing strategies for improvement;
  • Ensuring transparency in team interactions and removing blockers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Gathering and analyzing feedback from users;
  • Preparing progress reports on development;
  • Managing stakeholder expectations;
  • Ensuring transparency in the development process.

Risk Management

  • Identifying and assessing risks;
  • Developing risk mitigation strategies;
  • Proactively addressing issues impacting development;
  • Monitoring and controlling the roadmap execution.

  • Timely delivery of features;
  • Quality of requirement implementation;
  • Efficiency of development processes;
  • Stakeholder satisfaction;
