Delivery / Staff Manager / Sr Project Manager

We are looking for an Delivery / Staff Manager / Employee Engagement and Performance Manager with a strong understanding of performance measurement in IT Operations, 2nd Line Support, Data, and AI teams. The ideal candidate should have experience or ideas on how to evaluate and enhance team efficiency in these non-production departments.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance measurement methods to assess and improve team effectiveness.
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings to track workload, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and personal development plans to support employee growth.
• Monitor and report on engagement levels, performance metrics, and team morale.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, resolve team conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for enhanced efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Background in Management with experience in IT managerial roles (Project Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance evaluation methods in IT support, data, and AI-driven teams.
• Proven expertise in people management, engagement strategies, and agile principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and performance management systems.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and key performance indicators for 2nd line support.
• English level B2+ (Upper Intermediate or higher).
