Where this leads

You will lead the development of Solution Delivery competence and methodology from day one. At the start, you will also deliver a couple of projects yourself — because you cannot codify what you have not proven here.

Over time, your focus shifts from personally delivering projects to building and scaling the competence across N-Ix.

Success has one measure: other project managers using proven templates and blueprints to deliver on time, on budget, with GenAI built in and clients who would hire us again. Across the portfolio, not just the projects you touched.

What you will do:

First month. Map what already exists: which of our PMs have delivered solution-based projects, what artifacts and processes they use, what actually gets used versus what sits in a wiki, and what you would keep. This is a deliverable, not an onboarding period.

First 6–12 months – prove and build the model. Lead one or two solution projects, typically $500K–$1M, as lighthouse engagements. On each, you own:

• Estimate validation and commercial framing
• Planning, project baseline, and scope management
• Core team formation and staffing readiness
• Project P&L: committed cost and margin
• Assumptions, dependencies, and risk management
• Governance: cadence, metrics, reporting, and escalation
• AI-driven delivery and PM process optimization

You are not expected to own these projects permanently. Once the delivery model is established, the team is operating effectively, and a capable replacement is ready, you hand the project over.

In parallel – build and scale the competence. Build the PM Task Force and own the N-iX Solution Delivery Runbook. Together with Task Force members, gather and pilot practices from real projects and turn what works into reusable estimation models, staffing patterns, governance templates, tools, and accelerators.

Drive AI adoption and optimization across PM practices. The goal is for every new solution project to start with a proven delivery model rather than inventing one from scratch.

Throughout – you advise. Provide two focused services:

• Projects in crisis. When a project is going wrong, you go in, diagnose it, and hand back a plan with a named owner. You do not take the project over – that is a separate call, made by the VP of Delivery, and it resets everything else you are committed to. Weeks, not months.

• Pre-sale, the delivery side only. You will work in a close cooperation with Solution Leader (typically, a technical person/engineering manager) to validate if we will be able to deliver what we are about to promise to customers

   

Requirements:

Must have

• Delivered solution-based or fixed-price software projects end-to-end, personally accountable for scope, timeline and profitability 
• Led complex multi-million-dollar engagements; $5M+ project or program experience preferred
• Set projects up from before kickoff: estimation, staffing calibration, governance, client reporting cadence
• Technical enough to challenge an estimate or a technical proposal on substance
• Worked in a services or outsourcing company, with external paying clients

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the technical direction and delivery of projects across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.

This role bridges client needs and engineering execution. You will engage early, often before a solution or delivery scope is fully defined, to understand the client’s platforms, operational use cases, technical constraints, and future plans. You will then translate that understanding into a realistic technical roadmap and coordinate its implementation with Client Integrations, Product, Demo, Military Support, and other engineering teams.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead who takes full ownership of execution: tracking daily progress across the team, staying in sync with the business side on shifting customer demands, identifying where things are stuck, continuously re-setting priorities, and making sure the timeline holds even under demanding scope and a tight schedule.

This is not a role for someone who manages from a dashboard. We need someone who talks to developers every day, understands technical blockers well enough to challenge estimates, removes obstacles before they cost a day, and keeps constant pressure toward the deadline without letting quality slip. You are also the bridge to the business team: you know what customers are asking for right now, translate that into tickets and priorities, and keep both sides aligned on what's realistic. You are the person who knows at any given moment exactly where the project stands, who is behind, why, and what needs to happen today to fix it.

Our product is a complex SaaS solution in the ERP space, where many individual modules work together to form a complete solution for businesses. Accordingly, technical understanding that goes beyond pure project management is essential: you should be able to realistically estimate ticket effort yourself - particularly in PHP and Angular - so you can meaningfully challenge developers on time estimates and architecture decisions in conversation, rather than simply accepting them.
The ideal candidate has led development teams of comparable size before, understands the specifics of large, modular SaaS/ERP systems, can push people while keeping them motivated, is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders to keep tickets in sync with evolving customer needs, and treats an ambitious deadline as a problem to be solved rather than a reason to lower expectations.

Main responsibilities:
- Own the ongoing delivery of a project with highly specialized industry-specific processes
- Track progress against the timeline continuously, not just at sprint boundaries
- Stay in close exchange with the business team to understand where things stand and translate changing customer demands into synced, prioritized tickets
- Identify bottlenecks, blockers, and slipping tasks early, and resolve them directly
- Provide well-founded estimates of ticket effort (PHP/backend, Angular/frontend) to review and realistically challenge developer estimates
- Understand the architecture and dependencies between ERP modules to set priorities on solid technical grounds
- Continuously set and re-prioritize the backlog based on what actually moves the deadline and what the business/customers need
- Run daily check-ins / stand-ups and hold developers accountable to their commitments
- Resolve dependencies between backend and frontend work
- Communicate clear, realistic status upward, including bad news early
- Keep the team motivated and focused under sustained time pressure
- Push back on scope or technical decisions that put the timeline at risk
- Align with stakeholders on trade-offs between scope, quality, and deadline
 

Required skills:
- Proven experience leading software delivery
- Experience with large, complex SaaS projects, ideally in the ERP space with multiple interacting modules
- Solid technical understanding of PHP backend and Angular frontend architecture, sufficient to judge effort estimates yourself
- Comfortable operating as the link between developers and business/customer-facing stakeholders, translating changing requirements into actionable tickets
- Experience with projects under hard deadlines and significant pressure
- Excellent prioritization skills and confidence in fast trade-off decisions
- Strong communication skills, able to give direct feedback and hold people accountable
- High ownership mentality - treats project success as personal responsibility
- Experience with agile/sprint-based workflows and project tracking tools (we use Jetbrain's YouTrack)
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer, self-organized, no hand-holding required

- Own development experience in PHP and/or Angular before moving into a lead role

Роль

Delivery Manager - власник запуску та результату клієнта після підписання договору на пілот.

Веде проєкт від старту до промислової експлуатації за 4–6 тижнів: розбирається в бізнес-процесах клієнта, організовує інтеграцію, налаштування та тестування рішення, координує команду й клієнта.

Після запуску відповідає за розвиток результату: збільшення повернених коштів, зниження вартості стягнення та підвищення ефективності процесу.

Це технічна delivery-роль із прямою відповідальністю за бізнес-результат клієнта.

Що робитимеш

1. Запускаєш пілоти — від зняття вимог до запуску: погоджуєш з клієнтом цільові показники, проєктуєш сценарії, стратегію каналів і обдзвону, готуєш і перевіряєш запуск.
2. Формуєш і постійно вдосконалюєш промпти та сценарії розмов, підбираєш голоси, аналізуєш записи дзвінків і результати A/B-тестів.
3. Проєктуєш інтеграції з CRM та системами клієнта, телефонією й SMS-провайдерами: описуєш вимоги і схеми обміну даними, ставиш задачі розробці й технічній підтримці, приймаєш результат.
4. Керуєш результатом за даними та аналітикою: дозвон → розмова → обіцянка оплатити → виконання → повернення; знаходиш, де втрачається результат, і змінюєш налаштування.
5. Переводиш пілот у промислову експлуатацію: доводиш цінність у цифрах і супроводжуєш підписання основного договору.
6. Запускаєш у клієнтів нові R&D-проєкти — нові канали, сервіси й функції платформи: від гіпотези до тесту й масштабування.
7. Ведеш 2–3 запуски і 3–4 робочі проєкти паралельно, тримаєш рамку результату і захищаєш методику в розмовах з клієнтом.
8. Контролюєш розрахунки зі своїми клієнтами і шукаєш можливості для розширення співпраці.

Інструменти, з якими працюватимеш: LLM і промпти, голосові платформи, SIP-телефонія, REST API і вебхуки, n8n, Metabase.

Кого шукаємо

• 2–3+ роки практичних впроваджень ІТ-систем у бізнес клієнта — від зняття вимог до запуску і результату (SaaS, CRM/ERP, телефонія, чат- або голосові боти, фінтех).
• Технічна грамотність: розумієш API, інтеграції і структуру даних; можеш сам налаштувати, протестувати, розібратися в логах чи записі дзвінка — і знаєш, як поставити задачу розробці.
• Системне мислення: бачиш причинно-наслідкові зв’язки, працюєш з показниками і доводиш справу до кінцевого результату.

Твоя роль:

Ти відповідаєш за безперебійне та економічно ефективне постачання товару з Китаю до США й Канади. 
Задача - тримати оптимальний рівень запасів на Amazon FBA, AWD і 3PL-складах без out-of-stock і без переплат за зайве зберігання.

Ти контролюєш весь ланцюг: від готовності товару на заводі до його надходження на склад або Amazon. Паралельно ти шукаєш, де можна знизити landed cost, скоротити lead time і прибрати ручну роботу.

Зони відповідальності:

1. Планування запасів

• Плануєш поставки для Amazon US та Amazon Canada на основі sales velocity, forecast, lead times і Days of Supply (DOS)
• Будуєш регулярний процес розміщення замовлень із чіткими reorder points, quantities та expected arrival dates

2. Freight та inbound shipments

• Для кожної значної поставки збираєш і порівнюєш quotations щонайменше від 5 логістичних компаній
• Обираєш оптимальний варіант за балансом cost / lead time / reliability і ведеш переговори щодо ставок
• Контролюєш кожну поставку end-to-end, від booking до arrival, вчасно помічаєш ризики затримок і ескалюєш їх

3. Оптимізація 3PL

• Керуєш рівнем запасів, storage costs та inbound/outbound flows на 3PL-складах
• Оптимізуєш складські процеси й автоматизуєш регулярний контроль там, де ручна робота не додає цінності

4. Пакування та завантаження

• Запускаєш проєкти з carton/box optimization, palletization, container utilization та packaging configuration
• Знижуєш вартість доставки до США й Канади, а також подальших відправок на Amazon FBA і клієнтам

5. Контроль витрат

• Перевіряєш логістичні інвойси перед оплатою: відповідність погодженим rates, правильність surcharges та відсутність необґрунтованих charges

• Розуміння основних фінансових форм і показників: P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX, CAPEX, headcount cost, ROI, unit economics.
