Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B lead generation, particularly in the IT services and software development industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and working closely with the sales team to drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality B2B leads in the software development space.
  • Identify and research target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers.
  • Use various lead generation techniques, including email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and paid campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach and discovery calls, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broader campaign efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging lead generation techniques.

 

Requirements:
 

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and cold calling strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their impact on lead generation is a plus.

 

Nice to Have:
 

  • Experience in using AI-powered lead generation tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
