Digital Marketing Manager (B2B/B2C Lead Generation)

Key Requirements:
๐น 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in B2B/B2C IT or Distribution)
๐น Proven expertise in lead generation across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta platforms
๐น Hands-on experience with performance marketing (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
๐น Ability to build and optimize funnels for different customer segments
๐น Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing automation tools
๐น Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
๐น Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Will be a plus:
๐น Experience working with international tech companies or startups
๐น Understanding of the IT distribution market or SaaS space
๐น Knowledge of SEO best practices
๐น Experience with lead scoring and intent-based marketing platforms
What you will do:
๐น Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
๐น Develop and execute lead generation strategies for both B2B and B2C segments
๐น Analyze campaign performance and adjust based on KPIs
๐น Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and offers
๐น Build and segment email lists, manage email marketing workflows
๐น Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
๐น Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
