    This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer at Fireart Studio. As a Product Designer, you will create visually appealing designs, conduct user research, and apply design thinking principles. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating wireframes and prototypes, and implementing user-centered design solutions.

     

    You are a great fit if...

    • You have 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web applications.
    • One of your main UI design instruments is Sketch/Figma.
    • Prototyping is not a problem using Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie, SmartAnimate, or the like.
    • You can show us not only UI designs png's but also share with us a story about the design challenges you faced during your career and how you successfully or not accomplished them.
    • And of course, the good spoken and written English (C1-C2 level).
    • Fluent in Arabic

       

    Would be a plus

    • HTML/CSS/JS understanding.
    • How to work with molecules and atoms in Figma/Sketch a.k.a. Atomic Design Methodology.
    • Experience in graphic design/brand identity.
    • Experience with 3D.

    We are growing our backend team and looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join us. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage backend development processes. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality code, scalable solutions, and smooth collaboration.

     

    What you'll do

    • Lead and mentor the backend team.
    • Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
    • Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SES, etc.).
    • Improve development processes and ensure best practices.
    • Help with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
    • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.

     

    Must have

    Technical Skills:

    • 5+ years of backend development experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
    • Experience working with AWS cloud services.
    • Will be a plus - 18+ months of leadership experience (team management, hiring, giving feedback).
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

    We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality leads for our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B lead generation, particularly in the IT services and software development industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and working closely with the sales team to drive conversions.


    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality B2B leads in the software development space.
    • Identify and research target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers.
    • Use various lead generation techniques, including email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and paid campaigns.
    • Manage and optimize lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Qualify leads through initial outreach and discovery calls, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
    • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broader campaign efforts.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging lead generation techniques.

     

    Requirements:
     

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
    • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
    • Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
    • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and cold calling strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their impact on lead generation is a plus.

     

    Nice to Have:
     

    • Experience in using AI-powered lead generation tools.
    • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
