PPC Specialist

Role Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to join our team in Lviv or Odesa. This is a full-time, hybrid role. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, developing and executing high-performance Google Search Ads campaigns, and analyzing campaign results. Your goal will be to ensure maximum results for clients through strategic optimization and providing valuable data-driven insights. This role requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and managing Google Ads campaigns, including experience with Google Ads Campaign Manager (formerly Google AdWords).
• Experience in the B2B sector.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) (along with Google Analytics).
• Experience in lead generation through Google Search Ads using Google Search Network, keywords, ad copy, and extensions.
• Ability to perform A/B testing, campaign optimization, and improve CTR, conversion rates, and CPC.
• In-depth understanding of Google Ads targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and measurement and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work until 8:00 PM Ukrainian time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
