Junior Social Media Marketer (Reddit)

Project Overview
We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. We’re continuously expanding our product’s functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.

What do you need to do?

- Increase brand awareness and boost brand mentions on Reddit.

- Create posts, comment, and manage multiple Reddit accounts.

- Buy and maintain accounts to ensure consistent engagement.

- Find, hire, and coordinate freelancers to scale outreach.

- Clearly communicate content needs to the content team (briefs handled by the Content Manager).

- Track key metrics: brand mentions, posts, comments, and traffic from Reddit.

- Track post volume, deletion rate, and how many posts remain visible.

Work experience:

- No prior experience required, but some experience in marketing or social media is a plus.

- Must have a solid understanding of Reddit—how it works, its culture, and best practices.

- Experience in Reddit marketing is ideal but not mandatory.

Required Hard Skills:

- Understanding of Reddit's algorithms and how posts gain traction.

- English level: B2 or higher—must feel confident writing and communicating.

- Excellent communication skills—comfortable initiating conversations, engaging with freelancers, and managing discussions.

Working conditions
-Work life balance and flexible working hours (start of the day from 9:00 to 11:00 and 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch)
-Payment of income in USD every 1 of the month
-Compensation of trainings / courses up to 100%
-English Classes (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period)
-Sports activities compensation (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).

-Do you have an office that works in the absence of light?
Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, ensuring uninterrupted work, even during blackouts.
 
-Can I work remotely from another country?
Yes. We understand the importance of being safe.
 
-Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens?
No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
