Head of IT
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of IT to lead our technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT systems, driving digital transformation initiatives, and fostering innovation within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and insight on technology trends and innovations.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high levels of system availability, performance, and security.
- Lead the IT team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
- Supervise and guide the support team to maintain high levels of service and user satisfaction.
- Manage the IT budget and resource allocation effectively.
- Direct IT projects from inception through to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and service providers to optimize service delivery and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to support business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop IT staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT operations.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong background in systems architecture, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with enterprise software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
