Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for candidates for the position of COO in a gambling company.
Responsibilities
Monitoring key metrics;
Monitoring, planning and evaluating marketing initiatives;
Identify and secure growth opportunities;
Lead and oversee the product and PR of the business;
Initiate and monitor online channels, oversee improvements and lead overall online growth;
Increase customer lifetime value and ensure positive ROI;
Drafting terms and conditions for working with partner teams;
Monitor performance of all partner teams and report results to management;
Gathering market analytics;
Supervise the team's interaction with other departments.
Requirements
Fluent English (at least B2)
Experience in gambling/arbitrage traffic for at least 2 years in operation position;
Experience in scaling and market development;
Proficient in BI, business process description, and task management.
