We are not looking for a standard community manager. We need an experienced specialist who can not only build communities but also grow them effectively, ensuring that content remains engaging, valuable, and compliant with platform guidelines. Someone who knows how to spark discussions, attract organic engagement, and create content that naturally fits within the Reddit and Quora ecosystems.

What will you do?

• Develop and grow communities on Reddit and Quora through high-quality, engaging content
• Identify and test new strategies for user engagement and discussion growth
• Interact with audiences, initiate discussions, and keep conversations alive
• Create innovative content ideas that blend seamlessly into the platform’s culture

• Analyze what works best and adapt the approach based on performance metrics

   

What skills are needed?

• 2+ years of experience managing communities on Reddit and Quora (deep understanding of platform rules, algorithms, and moderation)
• Strong writing skills to craft engaging posts and comments that drive organic reach
• Creativity and strategic thinking to launch discussions that attract real engagement
• Experience with large-scale activations (such as AMAs, challenges, or viral discussions)

• English level B2+ (you will work with an international audience)
