Gypsy - established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 17 brands, we are strategically positioned for a significant impact in the online gambling industry.
Our key operational hub is located in Poznań, driving our vision forward through data-driven and expert management.

 

Who we are looking for:
 

  • 3+ years proven experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (within the iGaming\Gambling industry)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate networks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and technical setups (postbacks, landing pages, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to campaign management.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Set up and launch campaigns based on conditions negotiated by the Affiliate Growth Manager.
  • Monitor and scale ongoing campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resolve any affiliate partner requests before and during the campaign launch and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Work closely with the Product Team for updates and performance feedback, coordinate with PSP and Finance for payment-related matters, request marketing materials from the Design Team, collaborate with CRM for retention campaigns, and handle technical requests with the Tech Team.

General Tasks:
 

  • Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
  • Develop strategies to increase traffic acquisition and improve conversion rates.

Regularly communicate with affiliates to ensure their needs are met.
 

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns competitive.
