Aesthetics360 (A360) has developed an AI-powered platform for the aesthetic medicine industry, featuring working models for consultation analysis, treatment planning, and practice management. We’re now scaling our AI capabilities and seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help enhance and expand our existing models.

 

Position Overview


We need an experienced Data Scientist to optimize our current AI infrastructure and accelerate the development of new capabilities. Our foundation is built β€” we’re looking for someone to help us take it to the next level.

 

Key Responsibilities


β€” Enhance our existing RAG models and NER systems for aesthetic medicine
β€” Optimize our treatment plan generation and consultation analysis models
β€” Scale our AI infrastructure for increased performance and reliability
β€” Improve our data preprocessing and training pipelines
β€” Collaborate with our team to implement new AI features
β€” Work with medical experts to validate and refine model outputs

 

Required Qualifications


β€” Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
β€” 5+ years experience in machine learning, focusing on NLP
β€” Strong experience with RAG models and LLM fine-tuning
β€” Expertise in Python and ML frameworks
β€” Experience scaling AI systems in production environments
β€” Track record of improving existing ML models and infrastructure

β€” Hands-on experience with SageMaker Pipelines with AWS Bedrock models or open-source LLMs

β€” Deep experience with LLM fine-tuning, especially using Bedrock and open-source LLMs on SageMaker

β€” Experience setting up RAG evaluations using SageMaker/mlflow

β€” Background working with clinical stakeholders

β€” Healthcare/clinical domain expertise highly valued
